Our Commitment At Deals on Tyres, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the tires are:
- Unused and unmounted
- In their original packaging
- Free from damage caused after delivery
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on tires that have been mounted or used, as safety cannot be guaranteed once a tire has been installed.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label where applicable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges Need a different size or type? We're happy to help you exchange your tires for the right fit. Contact us and we'll sort it out quickly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it at no extra cost to you.
